The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. 5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All payments shall be made in the agreed-upon currency. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases made through our Services.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services does not offer users to submit or post content.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide and your choices (including settings).

9. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
