Meydan Free Zone wasn’t operating in a vacuum. The international market for attracting investors is teeming with established players. We needed to understand the lay of the land. Through meticulous research, we unearthed Meydan Free Zone’s unique strengths: cost-effective business setup solutions and a prime location. But how do we translate these advantages into a compelling message that resonates with a global audience, all while filtering out unqualified leads? The answer was a multi-pronged attack, fueled by data and a deep understanding of the target audience.

Crafting a Multi-Channel, Data-Driven Strategy to Engage C-Level Executives and Entrepreneurs

Our first move was to meticulously define Meydan Free Zone’s ideal client. We weren’t targeting everyone; we were laser-focused on C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business decision-makers (28-60 years old), a group with a hunger for growth and a keen eye for opportunity. With this audience in mind, we crafted a message that spoke directly to their aspirations. We knew a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn’t cut it, so we deployed a diverse arsenal of channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Yandex, Bing, and even TikTok, ensuring we reached our audience where they navigated the digital world. Localization was paramount. We didn’t just translate messages; we tailored them to resonate with specific cultures and languages (English, Arabic, Turkish, etc.). With A/B testing, we relentlessly tested landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging, constantly refining our approach based on data insights. We also didn’t just bombard audiences with generic sales pitches. We created engaging content that addressed their pain points and provided valuable insights. We implemented a suite of Mar-tech tools, including a WhatsApp Chatbot, to seamlessly qualify leads and address their needs in real-time. Landing pages were optimised for conversion, featuring interactive tools like Meeting Appointments, Cost Calculators, and Name Checks, empowering users to take the next step with confidence.


Execution

Meydan Free Zone Sees 57% Surge in Brand Search Volume and Breakthrough Cost Efficiency

The year 2023 marked the launch of our campaign, and from the get-go, it was a knockout. On Google, brand search volume for Meydan Free Zone soared by a staggering 57%. The cost per SQL plummeted to a remarkable AED 33, demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeting. Month after month, we consistently exceeded SQL targets by a staggering 13% compared to the previous year.


Results

The numbers speak for themselves, but the true measure of success lies in the impact. Meydan Free Zone’s overall gross profit tripled, a testament to the high-quality leads generated by the campaign. Our laser focus on conversion resulted in an unprecedented Top of the Page Rate (over 82%), leaving competitors like Sharjah Media City, Decisive Zone, and DMCC in the dust.
